Contracted with Tekology to upgrade and take over monitoring of my security system. Caleb did an excellent job. The measure of a company is not when everything goes right, but what the company does when things go wrong. They listened to the problem, stayed in communication, fixed the problem, and took care of the customer. I commend them on putting the customer first.
